Arusha Software, a dynamic software company based in Arusha, Tanzania is looking for a sales representative in Dar-es-Salaam for its flagship product. The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
1. Proficient with computer use and with a good command of computer applications.
2. Knowledge of sales and closing skills.
3. Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
4. Ability to give a presentation and demonstration of IT software.
5. Target oriented with ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
6. Enthusiastic and motivated.
7. A well spoken individual with a professional appearance.
8. At least one year experience in sales.
9. College education with a minimum of a Diploma qualification.
10. Ability to use Skype for individual and conference calls.
The contract will be on a commission basis with a competitive retainer paid every month. The candidate will be on probation for the first month and after a satisfactory performance the retainer per month will be increased on top of the commission. Please be advised that the commission rates are very competitive.
